Does plastic chemical exposure contribute to sudden death of patients on dialysis?

Intriguing creative concept hypothesis is in press in the Heart Rhythm Journal !

The highest mortality in dialysis patients is observed during the first year of hemodialysis. Larisa Tereshchenko and Nikki Posnack proposed novel creative concept. Further randomized controlled trials and prospective studies and needed to prove this hypothesis. Importantly, plastics exposure may be a modifiable risk factor of sudden cardiac death in dialysis.
